Myofascial Release (MFR)
Myofascial release is a whole-body, hands-on approach for the evaluation and treatment of the human structure. Its focus is on the fascial system. Physical trauma, an inflammatory or infectious process, or structural imbalance from dental mal-occlusion, osseous restriction, leg length discrepancy, and pelvic rotation may create inappropriate fascial strain. In this class the student will come to a full understanding of the fascia and how it works. The student will be able to develop one's tactile and proprioceptive senses that will enhance the "feel" necessary for the successful completion of these techniques. They will be able to yield impressive and clinically reproducible results for their clients.
