Advertising as a Massage Therapist

In order to advertise as a massage therapist - one must be licensed by the State Board in order to legally provide or offer to provide massage therapy services for compensation, as defined in 16.7.4.7 F NMAC; and or 16.7.2.7 E NMAC  or to use the title or represent him/herself to be a massage therapist; or to use any other title, abbreviations, letters, figures, signs or devices that indicate the person is a massage therapist as defined in the NM Massage Therapy Practice Act.
