Students are required to sign the CODE OF ETHICS followed by the school and will be expected to adhere to that code during school hours and when doing homework assignments outside of school. A violation of one or more of the CODE OF ETHICS may invoke an administrative review with possible suspension or expulsion from the school. Smoking, alcoholic beverages and drugs are not permitted on the school premises.
Students will be given a school CODE OF ETHICS to read and sign, a copy will also be given to the student for their personal file. (Attachment 1) which will include Article 16.7.2 of the NM Massage Therapy Practice Act.
Student Complaint Policy
Any complaints about faculty members at BCSHA or students should be verbally informed to the Director. A written complaint will be documented and turned into the Director for review.
