Hydrotherapy In Masssage Instruction
Hydrotherapy -You will be introduced to hydrotherapy and learn that it is the internal and external use of water and complementary agents. This course deals with external uses of heated and cooled water applications and their benefits. The student will learn the indications and contraindications of when to utilize Moist Heat, Cold Ice Water therapy, Hot Mineral Epson Salt Bath.
The student will also learn how to give a full body Cryotherapy massage and a Moist Heat full body massage. A full day trip to Truth or Consequences to soak in the hot mineral pools and how to incorporate this method during a full body massage.
